Swiss Elite Watches can deliver virtually any new or used elite Swiss watch you seek at a discounted or highly competitive price. Call or send us an email and we will quote you a firm price. Special orders can only be returned if they are different from what was promised or ordered. In such circumstances a full refund in the same form of payment will be made, as long as the watch is returned in the exact same condition.
Sell
Swiss Elite Watches will consider purchasing new or previously owned Elite brand Swiss watches from private parties and dealers. It is our objective to always offer a fair and equitable value based on the condition and desirability of watches offered. Some dealers seek to take advantage of the uninformed and I will not do this. Please be prepared to provide brand and model number, date and place of purchase and pictures that show condition. Documents and boxes for watches add value and should be included when possible.
We offer a selling service in which we market and sell your watch for a fee. Not every watch is appropriate for our clientele and we will tell you if we feel we can be of service.

We need all appropriate information, Including digital photos and documentation, for us to make the most informed offer. It is our objective to provide the best values and to be your preferred watch dealer.

We are not authorized dealer for any brand or manufacturer of watches. We in no way imply or state we are authorized dealers. We are the secondary market in which genuine, authentic Swiss and German timepieces are sold at discounted and highly competitive prices.
Authentication
All timepieces sold by Swiss Elite Watches are guaranteed to be 100% genuine, AUTHENTIC and unaltered in any way and new watches are always delivered in the original factory boxes with the serial numbers and factory markings and seals intact. Vintage and previously owned watches are quality controlled and we always indicate if the watch includes box and or papers or both. We provide a 7 day return policy to ensure you can get third party authentication to ensure satisfaction. Your complete satisfaction with the products and service we provide is our highest priority. We want you to tell your friends about your good experience dealing with us.
Warranty
Swiss Elite Watches does not provide a factory warranty. Warranty issues for elite Swiss timepieces are extraordinarily rare. Factory warranties cover only manufacturing defects. In the event of such a defect we provide service at the authorized service center at no cost to the customer for a period of one year. The watch must be returned to us for delivery to the brands authorized service center.
Pre-owned watches have a six month warranty from Swiss Elite Watches. All previously owned watches have been inspected, water tested and serviced and are delivered in excellent working order.
Terms of Sale
California customers must pay 8.5% sales tax, unless you furnish a valid CA Resale License
All watches sold come with a 7-day return policy. Simply ship the watch back to us in the exact same condition, and we will refund the full payment price within 3 working days after we inspect the returned item. Returns must be sent overnight or by priority international delivery, fully insured and paid for by the customer. Watches returned must be in the same condition as shipped, as we will conduct a thorough inspection of the watch prior to issuance of any refund. New-in-box watches may only be returned if there is material defect, and the watch is returned fully intact and unworn. Watches are sold as-is, and there is no guarantee of movement accuracy, due to the nature of vintage watches. Beyond the 3-day inspection period, we will not warrant nor guarantee the performance or accuracy of any watches we sell. We will provide a best effort attempt to describe the mechanical condition of all timepieces we sell.
Payments
We accept Paypal and credit cards for orders of $6000 or less and Paypal check or wire transfer for all higher amounts. We accept checks and money orders with proper authentication. Our preferred form of payment is wire transfer.
International Transactions
The only form of payment we accept for international transactions is wire transfer. International customers must contact us and will be sent a proforma invoice with explicit shipping charges. International clients are responsible for duties and taxes that are usual for their countries. For special instructions email us at sales@swisselitewatches.com. We do not accept bids or orders from Indonesia or Nigeria.
Shipping
Domestic shipping is with FedEx or UPS fully insured (up to $50,000) by a third party insurance company. All items are shipped overnight. Packages in excess of $50,000 are shipped via Brinks Armored Carrier.
International packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx fully insured (up to $50,000) by a third party insurance company. Special arrangements must be made for delivery of packages in excess of $50,000.
